Working Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, oversee accounts receivable/payable, and optimize credit cycles with chemical raw material suppliers.
Production Data Compiling: Get data from the production team to develop invoicing information from the same and then hand it over to the invoicing team.
Maintaining in-built production software and Zoho Books: Use multiple software platforms to ensure the data is true and easy to access for all departments.
