Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all holiday package inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow up until booking confirmation.
Convert leads into bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and operations for confirmed bookings.
Maintain CRM with lead status, follow-up dates, and booking details.
Upsell experiences, activities, travel insurance, and other add-ons.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
