Role & Responsibilities
Call the leads provided by the company.
Explain our website development, Shopify, and digital marketing services using the provided sales script.
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
Share service details, quotations, and company information via WhatsApp.
Regularly follow up with interested prospects.
Coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or Excel.
Preferred Candidate Profile
0--2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and email.
Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills.
Prior experience in website, IT, or digital marketing sales is an added advantage.
