We are now expanding our team and looking for a energetic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and client acquisition.
Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales & marketing strategies for lead generation. Build tie-ups with builders, brokers, architects, and corporates. Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Plan and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Manage CRM for client follow-ups and conversions. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits.
Key RequirementsProven experience in sales & marketing (interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred) . Robust communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Knowledge of digital marketing & social media promotion is a plus.
Minimum Experience: 2 years in a relevant role.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
