Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting CGTT Group’s logistics services across key markets. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and support contract negotiations.





Responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, and contributing to marketing campaigns, events, and training initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address inquiries professionally.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities to onboard clients, support internal teams, and share product and service knowledge.
Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in basic CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven reporting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent skilled experience.
