About the Role :

We are seeking enthusiastic, result-oriented, and committed Safety Officers & Safety Supervisors to join our growing industrial construction team across Maharashtra. If you are passionate about workplace safety, compliance, and creating a solid safety culture on project sites, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :
Ensure implementation of site safety policies and procedures.
Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification.
Monitor compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and secure work practices.
Prepare and maintain safety reports, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
Work closely with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
