We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to expand the market presence of our products by developing strong relationships with distributors and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing product availability, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, medical stores, and retail outlets regularly.
Identify and appoint recent distributors and retail partners in the assigned territory.
Promote NovelD products and explain their features, benefits, and commercial offers.
Ensure product availability and visibility across retail stores.
Generate primary and secondary sales by developing current business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate product sampling and promotional activities to improve brand awareness.
Follow up on orders,
deliveries, and payment collections when required.
Prepare daily visit reports and submit weekly sales performance updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Prior experience in FMCG, food products, or retail sales is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
