Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Project Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and business development. Candidates with knowledge of banking products, project finance, loans, or financial services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Identify and approach clients requiring project finance solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, financial institutions, and business partners.
Understand clients' funding requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance,



or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Project Finance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.
Positive understanding of banking processes, project finance, business loans, or working capital finance.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in Project Finance, Banking, NBFC, Corporate Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), or SME Finance.
Existing network with banks or financial institutions will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
