Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate should have robust experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP applications, API management, and cloud-based integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP CPI.
Build and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Develop integration flows (iFlows), mappings, adapters, and APIs.
Work with business and technical teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
Configure and support various adapters such as SFTP, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
Perform message mapping, transformation, routing, and exception handling.
Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot integration issues.
Support end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.
Ensure adherence to SAP integration best practices and security standards.

Required Skills




4+ years of experience in SAP Integration technologies.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).

REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
OData Services
IDoc
XML and JSON
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, or third-party integrations.
Knowledge of API Management and Event Mesh is an advantage.
Experience in monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning of integrations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite Certification.
Experience in migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI.
Exposure to cloud integration architecture and enterprise application integrations.
Experience working in Agile project environments.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
