Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales

Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their packaging requirements and recommend suitable end-of-line machines and consumables. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical sales presentations, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating trials, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and maintaining detailed records in the sales pipeline.

The Sales





Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation support, and customer satisfaction, while identifying current business opportunities and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand machinery specifications and translate them into practical solutions.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support customers before and after the sale.

Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing.

Relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in engineering or a related field, and familiarity with packaging machinery or industrial equipment.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, visit customer locations as needed, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, CRM tools, spreadsheets) and solid organizational and documentation skills.

Prior experience in industrial sales, packaging solutions, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
