Key responsibilities
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, set short- and long-term goals, and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team, including sub-departments like digital, content, and creative.
Campaign management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Brand management: Shape the brand's position, ensure a consistent brand image, and manage promotional activities and messaging.
Budgeting and analysis: Develop and manage the marketing budget, and track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-functional collaboration:



Work closely with sales, product development, and other senior leaders to ensure synergy and achieve company-wide objectives.
Market and customer analysis: Analyze target audiences, monitor competitor activities, and identify recent market segments and opportunities.
