About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and highlight inconsistencies or areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Oversee payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements.
Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required documentation.
Maintain, update,



and safeguard accounting records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide financial analysis and support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).

Experience
Accounting: 2 years (Required)
Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
