Senior Accountant

Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Experience
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
At least 7 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
Experience in handling hospital billing, insurance/TPA accounts, audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Salary
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and current CTC).

Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.




Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor daily revenue from OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and other departments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and TPA payments.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliances.
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Monitor inventory and fixed asset accounting.
Supervise the accounts team and ensure compliance with hospital financial policies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
