Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective buyers through calls, walk-ins, and lead follow-ups.
Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or direct sales will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
