Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE policies at construction sites
Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification
Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, excavation, and confined space work
Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and ongoing safety training
Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions immediately
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on safety practices
Ensure availability and maintenance of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, harnesses, barricades, etc.)
Monitor scaffolding, formwork, and lifting equipment safety compliance
Maintain safety documentation, permits, and records (PTW system)




Ensure emergency response procedures are in place and conduct mock drills

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly preferred
3–7 years of experience in construction safety
Robust knowledge of construction hazards and safety standards
Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems
Ability to work in quick-paced, high-risk environments

Working Conditions
On-site role involving exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Requires frequent walking, climbing, and physical inspections
May require working extended hours or shifts based on project timelines

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
