We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and the ability to teach real-time business processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or HCM.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on sessions using real-time business scenarios.
Guide students in projects and SAP certification preparation.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
Resolve student queries and provide academic support.
Update course content based on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
Maintain student attendance,
progress reports, and training records.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Faculty.
Solid knowledge of one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
SAP Certification is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
