Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Process Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
Handle invoice processing and related documentation.
Work on order management activities using SAP.
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and shipment process.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience in order management and invoice processing
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Preferred Background:
Supply Chain, Shipping or Logistics Operations
