Role Summary:

Lead a team of SAP Finance consultants and analysts supporting a leading luxury retail client in the Middle East, acting as the primary onsite client-facing lead responsible for service delivery, stakeholder management, governance, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across the SAP Finance landscape.

Must Have Skills:
12–15 years of SAP Finance/FICO experience with solid AMS delivery background.
Expertise in Core SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Advance Financial Closing -AFC,



Event Based Revenue Reconciliation - EBRR), Basic CO-PS, Fixed Assets.
Proven experience leading large SAP AMS teams and managing client stakeholders in an onsite role.
Robust governance, SLA, incident, problem, change, and service delivery management experience.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and ITIL-based AMS operations.
Good to Have Skills
Experience in PAPM, FSCM, Banking (BAM/BCM/MBC), RE-FX, Tax & DRC, and GR/ICMR.
Experience supporting retail/luxury retail clients.
Experience working with Middle East clients and onsite-offshore delivery models.
