Preferred Background:
Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines, truckers, and warehouses.
Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through the INTTRA portal.
Prepare, proofread, and release Draft Bills of Lading (BL).
Validate vendor invoices for payment processing.
Maintain shipment trackers and monitor shipment milestones.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Required Knowledge:
Shipping documentation
Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
Incoterms (INCO Terms)
Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with INTTRA and shipping line portals
Positive communication and coordination skills
