Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry sales with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the admissions and sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets.
Monitor team performance and lead conversions.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Academic teams.




Handle customer enquiries and escalations.
Maintain sales reports, MIS, and performance records.
Recruit and develop high-performing team members.

Skills Required
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Experience in EdTech, Education, or Service Industry sales preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with positive customer handling abilities.
Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
