Job Overview

We are looking for a goal-driven and customer-oriented Interior Design Sales Executive to join our team at Krishteriors. In this role, you will act as the bridge between prospective clients and our design team, converting warm leads into successful interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Sales Lead Pitching: Meet with walk-in clients, leads, and prospects to understand their lifestyle, space requirements, and design preferences.
Proposal & Closing: Present design concepts, material selections, estimate budgets, and close sales contracts for residential or commercial interior design projects.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain end-to-end communication with clients throughout the sales pipeline to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Site Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors and design teams to ensure project scopes, budgets, and timelines align with client expectations.
Business Development: Identify potential channel partners, developers,



and local networks to expand business prospects and generate recent leads.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in interior design sales, furniture retail sales, or real estate business development.
Education: Graduate degree (Architectural background, Interior Design diploma, or Business/Marketing degree is a plus).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of interior design workflows, modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes, and basic spatial planning.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and local languages.
Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM platforms, or basic design visualization software is preferred.
