About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support our global SAP landscape. In this role, you will provide L2/L3 support, configure SAP FICO solutions, resolve complex business issues, and collaborate with global teams to enhance finance processes across multiple regions. This is an excellent chance to work in a global automotive manufacturing environment with exposure to SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO users across global locations.
Configure and maintain SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements.
Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
Work closely with MM, SD, PP, and ABAP teams on cross-functional developments.
Prepare functional specifications, support testing, and coordinate UAT activities.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Optimize finance and controlling processes, including Product Costing and COPA.
Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Participate in SAP enhancements, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA projects.





Required Skills
5–8 years of SAP FICO implementation or support experience.
Strong expertise in:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Profit Center Accounting
COPA
Product Costing & Actual Costing
Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and PP.
Experience working with custom developments, user exits, enhancements, and ABAP functional specifications.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
Exposure to Shared Service Center (SSC) environments.
SAP FICO Certification is an advantage.
Experience in global SAP rollouts or implementation projects.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
