We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to generate residential rooftop solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, explaining solar solutions, preparing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities - Generate current residential leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
Conduct customer meetings and explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems.
Perform preliminary site assessments and collect required information.
Prepare and present quotations and return-on-investment (ROI) calculations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profit margins.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist customers with documentation required for net metering and government subsidy applications.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of field sales experience.
Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or consumer durables is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
Required Skills - Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone applications.
Ability to understand technical products.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
