Key Requirements:
Robust experience in SAP FICO Testing (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Taxation).
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA testing projects.
Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Management.
Good understanding of Finance business processes and SD-FI / MM-FI integrations.
Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, RTM, test execution, and defect tracking.
Knowledge of HP ALM, JIRA, qTest, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools.
Exposure to SAP test automation tools (Worksoft/Tosca preferred).
Robust experience in QA governance, release readiness, quality sign-offs, and stakeholder management.
Experience working with Business SMEs, SAP Functional Consultants, and Development Teams.
Valuable communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration testing experience.
Agile/Scrum project experience.
SAP Certification is an added advantage.
