We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Pan-India sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing multi-state sales teams, closing high-value corporate deals, and driving revenue growth through structured sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales teams across multiple states in India.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor team performance through structured reporting and KPI tracking.
Mentor, motivate, and build high-performing sales teams.
Participate in final-stage negotiations to close major corporate accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
Coordinate with management to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing multi-location or Pan-India sales teams.




Robust corporate sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, planning, and team management abilities.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
Robust analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel across India as required.
