Job Title: Scrum Master Product Development (Software Background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a solid foundation in software development and a proven track record in product development. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams through Agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus.
Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability,



and high performance within the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Support the adoption of Agile tools and practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on coding background.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product development setting.
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
