Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects in the Engineering Consultancy, Oil & Gas, EPC, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should possess robust market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and commercial quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop customized client solutions.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and submit periodic business reports.
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–12 years of business development experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Oil & Gas, AEC, or Industrial Projects.
Robust network with clients, consultants, and EPC organizations.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
