Key Responsibilities • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential rooftop solar projects.
Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
Generate and convert residential solar opportunities.
Develop robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.
Solid expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects is mandatory.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
