Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SD-WAN L2 Engineer with hands-on expertise in either Cisco Viptela SD-WAN or Fortinet Secure SD-WAN. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise SD-WAN settings, ensuring high network availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 operational support for SD-WAN infrastructure.
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SD-WAN deployments using Cisco Viptela or Fortinet SD-WAN.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution within agreed SLAs.
Configure and troubleshoot VPNs (IPSec, GRE), routing protocols, and WAN connectivity.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Support implementation of network changes, upgrades, and migrations.
Coordinate with ISPs, OEM vendors, and internal infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
Perform configuration backups,



documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOP) updates.
Participate in planned maintenance activities and provide support during change windows.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and networking standards.
