Job Summary

Yucca Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and expand our diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate clients, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's diagnostic and laboratory services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, and other referral sources.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase revenue.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and expand the customer base.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and client support.




Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in diagnostic, pathology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sales.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Positive knowledge of diagnostic and laboratory services.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Target-oriented with solid sales and closing skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in diagnostic laboratories, pathology centers, healthcare services, or pharmaceutical sales.
Existing network with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
