Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Sales with a solid background in the Navi Mumbai residential real estate market. The ideal candidate should have extensive market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Drive sales for residential projects across the Navi Mumbai market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
Conduct client meetings,



site visits, and project presentations.
Ensure accurate sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
7–11 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Mandatory experience in the Navi Mumbai residential market.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai residential projects and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales goals.
Graduate in any discipline.
