Job Summary:

PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Head to ensure exceptional customer service, strengthen client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team across assigned territories.
Identify new business prospects and build solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Review sales pipeline, forecasts, collections, and market trends to drive business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Conduct regular customer visits and support the team in closing key business opportunities.

Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.



MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development in RMC
Experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Building Materials, Construction Materials, Cement, or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.

Requirements :
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Compensation : ₹60,0000 - ₹70,0000 Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
