Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (PPC, Production, Quality, and Dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
Prepare and monitor daily dispatch plans, ensuring on-time delivery as per customer requirements.
Conduct daily Plan vs. Actual dispatch reviews and analyze reasons for any deviations.
Perform daily physical verification of Finished Goods (FG) stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper maintenance of 5S standards and safety stock levels for all finished goods and packing materials.
Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices as applicable.
Handle customer dispatch-related complaints and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, minimizing disputes.
Maintain accurate documentation for dispatch activities, inventory records, transport, and customer communications.




Prepare and maintain IATF 16949 documentation related to dispatch and logistics activities for internal and external audits.
Coordinate and monitor transportation arrangements to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Supervise dispatch manpower and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Manage packing material procurement, inventory, and consumption to support uninterrupted dispatch operations.
Monitor logistics performance and coordinate with transporters to improve delivery efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and statutory requirements during dispatch operations.
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and inventory reports to management.
Continuously identify prospects to improve dispatch efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
