Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Playwright, Webdriver IO, and Java Selenium.
Implement and maintain BDD test automation using Cucumber.
Develop and execute automated tests for web applications, REST APIs, and back-end systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).
Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective bug tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
Solid knowledge and scripting experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.




Proficiency in Java Selenium and Webdriver IO frameworks.
Cucumber BDD framework expertise for behavior-driven testing.
Experience with API automation and tools like Postman, REST Assured, or native JS/TS frameworks.
Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with MS SQL Server.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Cypress is a plus.
Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Exposure to performance or security testing is a bonus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
