We are looking for energetic, result-oriented Civil Engineers to join our growing team. We have openings for Senior Engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Lead site planning, resource allocation, and scheduling of construction activities
Review and approve technical drawings, structural designs, and BOQs
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for project coordination
Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality regulations
Handle billing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
Troubleshoot in office technical and execution challenges




Ensure timely procurement and quality control of materials

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction projects
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, structural design, and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and other relevant software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience managing residential/commercial projects preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
