Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing current B2B opportunities across IT, BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and other key industry segments.
Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and solution pitching to commercial negotiation, onboarding, and long-term account management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
Collaborate with Corporate Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and seamless project execution.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize business growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging customer requirements to formulate winning sales strategies.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and provide regular business updates through CRM and management reports.
Participate in industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and customer meetings to strengthen the SIS brand and generate new business opportunities.
Ensure timely collections and support commercial closures while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
Solid negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for achieving ambitious targets in a quick-paced, performance-driven environment.
Experience in the Security, Facility Management, Logistics, Banking, or Services industry will be an added advantage.
