Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Advocate with a minimum of 10 years of litigation experience before the High Court of Madras and the City Civil Court, Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in drafting legal documents, court appearances, legal strategy, and oral arguments.

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients before the High Court of Madras, City Civil Court, and other judicial forums as required.
Draft and vet legal documents including writ petitions, civil suits, appeals, affidavits, counter affidavits, written statements, rejoinders, legal notices, agreements, and opinions.
Conduct effective court arguments and advocate cases independently.
Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
Handle civil, commercial, constitutional, and other litigation matters.
Perform legal research and stay updated on the latest judgments and statutory amendments.
Coordinate with clients, junior advocates, court officials, and external counsels.
Ensure timely filing of pleadings and compliance with court procedures.




Mentor junior advocates and review their drafting work.

Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of litigation experience.
Extensive practice before the High Court of Madras and City Civil Court, Chennai.
Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
Solid oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
Thorough knowledge of Civil Procedure Code (CPC), Constitution of India, Evidence Act, Limitation Act, and other applicable laws.
Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
Robust analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.

Qualifications
LL.B. from a recognized university.
Enrollment with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
Additional specialization or LL.M. will be an added advantage.

Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong qualified ethics and integrity.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Employment Type Full-Time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
