Role & responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and implement Content SERV PIM solutions to meet business requirements.
Integrate Content SERV PIM with enterprise applications including ERP, eCommerce, PLM, DAM,and CRM systems.
Configure product data models, classifications, attributes, workflows, catalogs, and digital assets within Content SERV.
Develop custom business logic, scripts, and extensions within the Content SERV platform.
Build and support data integration processes using APIs, REST services, XML, JSON, and CSV.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Content SERV applications.
Participate in solution design discussions, prepare technical documentation, support UAT cycles,and assist with production deployments and post-go-live support.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, functional,



and technical) to ensure smooth delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on expertise in Content SERV PIM, Product Information Management (PIM), and Master Data Management (MDM).
Solid Java development background with proven experience in enterprise-level integrations.
Working knowledge of APIs, REST services, XML, JSON, and CSV-based data exchange.
Prior experience integrating PIM with ERP, eCommerce, PLM, DAM, or CRM platforms.
Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a production support setting.
Valuable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
