Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Standards & Audits:
Ensure compliance with global standards such as Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), Fair Labor Association (FLA), and Fairtrade.
Manage and coordinate audits and certifications such as BSCI, Sedex (SMETA), WRAP, SLCP, and Higg FEM.
Monitor compliance progress and maintain updated documentation for customer reviews and internal reporting.
Factory Assessment & Improvement:
Conduct in-depth assessments of factories to identify actual compliance status and improvement areas.
Work closely with factories to develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as per customer and certification standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in social, environmental, and chemical management practices.
System Implementation & Monitoring:
Support the implementation of sustainable compliance systems and digital monitoring tools.
Ensure alignment of internal policies with evolving global compliance and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Management, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Social & Environmental Compliance within manufacturing or sourcing settings.
Solid working knowledge of FWF, FLA, Fairtrade, and customer compliance codes of conduct.
Hands-on experience with BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, SLCP, and Higg FEM implementation.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive factory-level improvements.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
