Key Responsibilities • Partner with global stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend practical,

scalable learning solutions.
Design and facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and in-person, for employees at different levels.
Lead end-to-end management of the Learning Management System (Cornerstone), including course administration, user support, reporting, and system enhancements.
Develop learning content such as facilitator guides, participant materials, and blended learning solutions.
Support and enhance key programs including onboarding, leadership development, functional and compliance training.
Track and analyse learning data to measure effectiveness and continuously impro programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams on learning and development needs.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, ora related field.




7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
Robust experience in facilitating instructor-led training for diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience managing an LMS, preferably Cornerstone.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage virtual audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
