We are looking for an experienced Content Writer who can create original, high-quality content for the real estate industry. This role is for specialists who understand SEO, audience intent, and content strategy—not someone who simply generates content using AI tools.

Responsibilities
Write high-quality SEO blogs and long-form articles.
Create engaging blog content for real estate projects and websites.
Develop social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Write compelling website content, landing pages, and project descriptions.
Ensure all content is original, well-researched, and plagiarism-free.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies.

Requirements
5–6 years of proven experience in content writing.
Strong knowledge of SEO content writing and blogging.
Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.




Excellent English writing, grammar, and editing skills.
Ability to research and write content that ranks and converts.
Must be able to write human-first, original content.

Significant Note

We value original thinking and writing skills. Candidates who rely primarily on ChatGPT or other AI tools to generate content without adding their own research, expertise, and creativity are not suitable for this role. During the hiring process, a practical writing test will be conducted to assess writing quality and originality.
