Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Learning Consultant to drive admissions for our Undergraduate (UG) programs. This is a pure inside sales / admission counselling role, where you will guide prospective students and help them choose the right program based on their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about UG programs via calls, video sessions, and chats
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Drive end-to-end admissions process (lead to enrolment)
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Follow up with leads and maintain conversion pipelines




Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM

Requirements
1–7 years of experience in admission counselling / education sales / inside sales
Solid communication and convincing skills
Proven track record of achieving targets
Experience in EdTech / Education industry preferred
Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead conversion

Preferred Background
Candidates from EdTech, coaching institutes, or universities
Experience in UG/degree program counselling
Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤ 15 days notice
