Job Title: Senior Legal Manager

Location: Nagpur

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead and manage property-related legal matters and regulatory compliance. The role involves overseeing property documentation, lease management, government liaison, and providing strategic legal support to business teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of property-related legal documents, including sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, leases, and contracts.
Ensure end-to-end compliance with applicable property, real estate, and regulatory laws.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory agencies for approvals, registrations, and clearances.
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on property acquisitions, transactions, and disputes.
Manage external counsels and coordinate on litigation or legal proceedings related to property matters.
Identify legal risks and suggest practical mitigation strategies.
Maintain and supervise proper documentation,



records, and legal repositories.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in property law, real estate legal matters, or corporate legal roles with solid exposure to real estate compliance.

Education:
LLB from a recognized institution.
LLM or additional certifications in property/real estate law preferred.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in property documentation and lease structuring.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, registrations, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in dealing with government authorities and statutory bodies.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities.
Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

Industry Experience:
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or diversified corporate groups will be preferred.
