About This Job NxtWave Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Work Mode: In office Industry: Education Administration Programs,E-Learning Providers,Education Senior Video Editor - About The Role We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can take raw energy from campus events, testimonials, reels, and regional footage, and shape them into cinematic, emotional, and on-brand visual narratives. You’ll be the go-to editor for regional brand content and will help shape how students, parents, and educators see NIAT across India. As a core part of the NIAT creative team, you’ll collaborate closely with cinematographers, motion designers, and content creators across multiple campuses.

You’ll be mentored by NIAT’s Central Senior Editors and aligned with the broader brand tone and storytelling language developed at HQ.

What You'll Do Edit campus videos across formats: event films, testimonials, podcast, social media reels, vlogs, and montagesCraft compelling narratives with solid rhythm, emotional pacing, and brand-aligned aestheticsMaintain visual consistency and excellence across regional content deliveriesCollaborate with campus producers and cinematographers to understand the shoot context and intentCoordinate with motion designers to integrate graphics,



lower-thirds, end cards, and transitionsEnsure proper project structure, file naming, export specs, and delivery hygieneReceive mentorship and periodic reviews from Central Senior Editors and Creative Leads What You Bring 3–5 years of strong editing experience in branded content, digital storytelling, or regional campaignsFluency in Premiere Pro (After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a big plus)Robust understanding of narrative logic, visual flow, and pacingA creative eye for music sync, montage design, rhythm, and reel-worthy storytellingBasic sound mixing and grading skills (advanced grading will be handled separately)Comfortable working in high-volume, high-velocity creative environmentsA collaborative mindset—you know editing is a team sport Why Join Us?
