Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Master's Graduate to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will use your technical knowledge to check and test how our systems handle data. You will use Python to write straightforward automation scripts, use SQL to check database integrity, and find software bugs. It is a great starting point to build a career in data and software testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Automated Test Development: Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using Python to validate log generation, aggregation, and data parsing.
Database & Schema Validation: Write complex SQL queries to verify data integrity.
Log Analysis & Debugging: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) by reviewing server logs, application traces, and system events in Linux environments.
Data Simulation: Simulate real-world, large-scale data and network traffic scenarios to test system stress, scale, and monitoring thresholds.
Platform Validation:



Test the integration of our analytics platform modules to ensure the metrics calculated are accurate and is being reported properly.
Defect Engineering: Log, track, and re-test high-quality software defects using Agile project management tools (like Jira).
Metrics & Reporting: Maintain detailed test reports and assist in building automated dashboards to monitor QA pipelines

Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree preferred (M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Core Technical Skills: Proficient in programming with Python and database manipulation using SQL.
Systems Knowledge: Robust foundational understanding of the Linux/Unix command line and basic networking concepts.
Soft Skills: Advanced analytical problem-solving capabilities, explicit communication skills, and the capacity to adapt quickly to Agile workflows.
Preferred Assets: Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) or automation test libraries (PyTest/Selenium/playwright) is a significant plus.
