Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
Promote the company's silicone sealants and related products through customer visits and product demonstrations.
Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitor activities, pricing, and current market trends.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide product recommendations and application support.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer credit.
Monitor stock availability at distributor and dealer locations.
Organize promotional activities, training sessions, and product awareness programs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and develop business.
