This is a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) L2 Support Analyst role with Valtech, based in Bangalore.

The role is part of our Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) team supporting global marketing operations for enterprise clients. The work is a mix of campaign operations, production support, troubleshooting, and SFMC platform support.

What you'll be working on
Supporting and monitoring Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments.
Working extensively with:
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Email Studio
Contact Builder
Data Extensions
Campaign deployment and campaign execution activities.
Troubleshooting failed automations, journeys, emails, and data issues.
Writing and debugging SQL queries for segmentation and data validation.
Working on AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content.
Monitoring production campaigns and resolving issues within SLA timelines.
Supporting integrations, file imports, exports, and SFTP activities.




Performing root cause analysis for recurring campaign or automation issues.
Coordinating with business, marketing, QA, and development teams.
