We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Legal to support the legal team in handling documentation, legal research, compliance matters, contract management, and property-related legal activities. Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in property due diligence, title verification, and legal documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and external legal consultants when required.
Maintain legal records, case files, and compliance documentation.
Support the team in handling litigation and non-litigation matters.
Monitor statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist in the registration and execution of legal documents.
Prepare legal reports and update trackers for ongoing cases and legal activities.




Ensure proper documentation and record management.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B. ) from a recognized institution.
03 years of experience in legal practice, legal documentation, compliance, or property law.
Freshers with strong academic credentials may also apply.
Good knowledge of contract law, property law, and legal documentation.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
