Role & responsibilities
Prepare technical and techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Review customer enquiries, specifications, and RFQs.
Coordinate with the design team for technical and costing inputs.
Handle customer emails, phone calls, and technical enquiries.
Follow up on quotations and maintain enquiry records.
Manage IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B portal enquiries.
Update product information on B2B portals and company website.
Coordinate with website developers and digital marketing agencies.
Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and technical documents.
Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Support office administration, MIS reporting, and management coordination.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or related Engineering.




25 years of experience in technical proposals, inside sales, back office, or engineering coordination.
Fresh engineering graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Robust communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
