Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Friday

Experience: 6 Month – 1 Year (Freshers with solid technical knowledge may also apply)

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field. Hardware, Networking, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.

Job Summary

HLG Business Solution is seeking a skilled and proactive Software & Hardware Maintenance Executive to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.

· Install and update Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and business applications.

· Configure email accounts, printers, user profiles, and shared folders.

· Resolve LAN, Wi-Fi,



internet, and basic networking issues.

· Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

· Replace faulty hardware components.

· Maintain IT asset inventory.

· Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC.

· Perform data backup and basic recovery.

· Maintain CCTV and biometric devices.

· Provide technical support to employees.

· Maintain software license and maintenance records.

· Set up systems for new employees and support exit formalities.
